Farrann enjoys working primarily with adult women. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, complex trauma, trauma, sexual abuse, family-of-origin issues, life transitions, relationship issues, love and relationship addiction, communication challenges, stress, and spirituality.
Farrann believes self-awareness is pivotal in one’s growth. She delights in working with people in gaining self-awareness through exploring their story, past and present, and growing in their ability to use their voice where they feel stuck. Through exploring her own personal story in counseling, growing in self-awareness, and learning to use her voice have all been some of the most impactful things she has done. It has opened a door to a life of more freedom and she wants to extend that same invitation to you. Her hope is for clients to feel understood and empowered as they journey down the road of self-discovery, healing, and growth.
Farrann graduated from Arkansas State University with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and she attended Reformed Theological Seminary for her Master of Arts in Counseling degree.
Farrann is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is a gentle type of therapy that has been proven effective in treating PTSD, phobias, depression, anxiety, grief, performance anxiety, panic attacks, family issues, victimization, poor self image, sexual abuse, relationship issues, infidelity, and job related stress.
