Sometimes it’s helpful to process specific topics in a group setting where you can experience safety and support among others. Group counseling offers an opportunity for people to be able to share their experience with others and hopefully experience healing relationships as people journey together in the group and offer care for one another.

MOther wounds support group for adult women
